WHO WE ARE
EZTow Assist is a producer of roadside service vehicles and accessories. Our fleet offers a pivotal solution to Emergency Roadside Assistance providers for comprehensive roadside vehicle service in just one call-out. Founded in 2018, EZTow Assist is a subsidiary of Club Assist North America: the Preferred Supplier for the American Automobile Association (AAA) and Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) Mobile Battery Service Program.
EZTow Assist partners with leading manufacturers, fabricators, and engineering firms around the world in the development of its premiere fleet of roadside service vehicles. We have developed strategic partnerships with engineering companies that specialize in the development of towing equipment, EV charging solutions and robust equipment for the roadside service environment. Our engineering grade plastics partner is ISO 9001 accredited and has VCA conformity of production (CoP). We are proud to provide Emergency Roadside Service providers with a comprehensive vehicle that is built to last.
Research shows that a high number of ERS calls result in two service calls. Duplicate callouts are typically a result of dispatchers sending the wrong vehicle for the job (e.g., tow truck dispatched for a dead battery; light service truck sent to a vehicle needing a tow). EZTow Assist offers a fleet of revolutionary ERS vehicles that provide a turnkey solution to reduce roadside events to one comprehensive callout.
With a multitude of accessories and three trim options, EZTow Assist delivers unparalleled mobile storage for battery service; a Rapid Deployment Trailer (RDT) capable of towing most passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs up to two tons; and a mobile EV charging solution. EZTow Assist is pleased to offer an innovative line of affordable options for the Emergency Roadside Service industry.
"If I get a battery call that turns out to be an alternator problem, I have the option to offer the customer a tow. I can pull their vehicle vertically with the RDT instead of calling for a tow truck. Whenever I roll out the RDT to pull the vehicle, the customers are really excited. Having this option saves the customer time and lets me get more jobs done." -Yverson LeFleur, AAA Club Alliance
“If a battery truck is sent out and a Member ends up needing a tow, it may take an hour or longer, depending on how busy we are, to get a tow truck to them. With the RDT, there’s no waiting around for the Member – we can just take care of them right then and there.” -Chris Conrad, Fleet Supervisor, AAA Club Alliance
